• Balance Sheet reports
• Cash Flow statements
• Time activity reports (hours per employee per job)
• Invoice data (amounts per job/customer)
• Company information (company name)

2.3 Uploaded Files

If you upload files (spreadsheets, PDFs, images) to the AI chatbot for analysis, these files are stored securely and associated with your account. File content is processed to provide AI-powered insights.

2.4 Chat Conversations

Conversations with the AI Business Analyst are stored to provide context continuity and allow you to review past analyses. You can delete conversations at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:

• Dashboard generation: Transforming your financial data into visual charts, metrics, and KPIs
• AI analysis: Providing intelligent insights and recommendations based on your data
